We act for clients before the Courts, arbitration panels and administrative tribunals across the entire range of our practice areas. We have appeared in the Supreme Court of Canada on numerous occasions and have extensive experience in the Federal Courts and the various Courts of the Province of Quebec. In addition, we act in cases before Courts in other Canadian jurisdictions, notably Ontario. |
